Return & Refund Policy

At Shirt Happens, every product is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because each item is custom printed, we do not keep inventory, and our return policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size.
- You ordered the wrong color.
- You changed your mind after placing your order.
- You no longer want the item.
Please review our size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- A clear photo showing the defect or damage.
If multiple items with the same design are affected, we may also ask for a photo (or video) showing all affected items together.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide either:
- A free replacement of the item, or
- A full refund, depending on the circumstances.
In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged or defective item.
Print Placement
Because every shirt is individually printed, slight variations in print placement are normal.
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed products, a print placement variance of up to 0.5 inches (1.27 cm) is considered within manufacturing tolerance and is not regarded as a defect.
Delivery Issues
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout, or if the package is unclaimed and returned, we are unable to offer a free replacement or refund.
If the package is returned to our production partner, you may choose to:
- Have your order reprinted and shipped again (additional shipping and production charges may apply), or
- Receive a partial refund where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact Shirt Happens within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
